Let me tell you a little about us. My name is Anne, and I am the owner/operator of Strategic Cleaning by Anne.
I am a hands-on owner, and I take very seriously the trust my clients bestow on me.
I have a simple philosophy – our customers come first. Therefore, our services are guaranteed. If the staff missed something, or didn’t do it quite right, let me know. We will be happy to come back and rectify the situation. Sometimes we may make a mistake, but that is never our intention. We only want to do a good job. This philosophy is probably the most important point I can tell you about us.
Strategic Cleaning by Anne started in November of 2009 with Maid Service for our clients. We have wonderful clients, and it is a pleasure to get to know them and help them with their homes. Just as people are all different, every maid service the staff performs is different, based on our clients needs.
We are happy to provide a service totally designed for each individual client. Our only goal is to be helpful and to satisfy our clients needs.
Over time, either through our clients or our reputation, we expanded into Commercial Cleaning. We clean offices, centers, a gym, even a golf course.
We are insured and bonded. We are not a franchise, but locally owned in Western New York. We do not have a revolving door of employees. We have hired people that are recommended, passed a full background check and are dedicated to doing good work.
